RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Where everyone!!I keep telling you that PBM is at least a year away from needing to do anything with the LBN and you just won't listen.  Did you not learn anything in the last 10 years ? 

Forget about the LBN.  Do what the government wants for once.  Submit an application for an EA certificate.  Submit a scope statement.  The EAO will involve the LBN and others as necessary.

Stop trying to avoid doing what the government wants.   Stop trying to go around the government to talk to the LBN.  Just follow the fawking process for once.  Is it really that hard ?  Sheesh.

The last 10 years have been filled with "shortcuts" that got this company nowhere.  Haven't we learned our lesson yet ?
