Agree with you TT........I would add that what misled me the most and made me buy even more XBC's was during the last Q2 results, when they announced they had put aside close to $12M to definitively compensate for legacy problems!!
 
Few weeks later, they are seeking creditors protection !!! What the f@ck ???
