Lucero Project consists of approximately 10,805 hectares located in the Chila mountain range of Southern Peru, which contains several high-grade gold and silver mines. The Company’s 100% owned Clover property is situated on BLM administered lands in the Midas Mining District, approximately 15 kilometers southwest of the town of Midas, 68 kilometers northeast of Winnemucca and 240 kilometers northwest of Elko. The Clover property holds approximately 169 unpatented claims over 3,063 acres in Elko County, Nevada.

Bankruptcy????

Lots of very cheap shares issued and debt that can be converted to shares? This gold play appears to be played out.Is the only salvation an auction of assets????When needed I cannot see where more investment is going to come from.
