Yes exactly why they can't finance right now. Nobody's in the USA can loan them money or participate in the PP. this is a Chinese company and right now China and USA are in a cold war.

SP tried to break 4$ this week and failed to do so it should roll back to new low in the coming weeks.

2$ is a fair target by year end or even lower if they dont come up with substantial news.
