RE:Hey retiredcfTo be honest, I don't think the market is thinking much at all about the spin out. At this point, its absolute focus is on whether or not the world slips into a recession and if so, how severe. That's why our SP (and that of almost every other company) has struggled. But the market is always thinking about 6 months ahead so any indication that if we get a recession, it will be mild, or the rise in interest rate increases begins to moderate or China getting back on its feet (they indicated earlier this week that they may be lightening up on covid restrictions) and the market will bounce.
