REVIEW - LATEST PRESS - MGX advises shareholders that the Gold Commissioner (GC) of British Columbia has advised MGX that he intends to revoke the FMC licence of MGX for failure to remediate open portals at Heino Gold. 1 - Intends - means it has not happened - yet.
2 - Litigation, is not the way. Ties up the prjects all the longer.
Waiting around for the revoking - wastes valuable time... what sort of time ?
3 - Time spent - testing Driftwood for, P205 - including cobalt and ree's.
Same goes for Marysville.
4 - If nothing is done from now till a potential revoking - then.how the hell does the junior expect to
know what other minerals host on these claims - especially if other juniors are finding ree's
in Dolomites. If more minerals are on the claims, then, more value is added. This is
perhaps the greatest single move the junior could do for shareholders - test for new minerals
in new areas such as purple shales, and test the cores using pXRF that hones in on, cobalt
and other valued minerals. If more minerals are found, again, more value is added.
5- Teck is mentioned again in latest press - "
MGX has contacted Teck and the regional
authorities for advise on available land and finds it regrettable that MGX cannot acquire low-
cost hydro electricity due to B.C. Hydro's export focus "
So... why would the junior confer with Teck ?
Teck also came up with - MGX renewables, and Zinc8 -

74370-mgx-minerals-settles-debt-with-mgx-renewables-dba-zinc8-energy-solutions.html One group has interests in - stakeholders
There seems ot be a larger player mentioned often.
Junior, should play it's cards " smartly " looks to me like they're in the middle probing
left and right - the question comes to mind - are they caught in the middle - and the second
question whose on thier team ? If it were me ? I'd play it...
no one is... in plight of, lots of
important minerals are at stake - one is great at new treaties with stakeholders in the wings,
while many majors have been given seats at the round table - future players in new economy.
Little junior has certain vlauable goods - any other would want.
6 - If the the FMC is revoked - how do they expect ot test for minerals ?
If it's only in a phase of, intends, then... now would be a good time to test.
Literature found on - FMC LICENCE -
https://www.bcplacer.com/fmc_bceid.htm 7 - Pull away from specific " advisors " - regroup - test for minerals while open window is avail.
before a potential - revoking - - - having additional minerals - ree's or even the p205 added to
existing reinforces the claims ot bring online in a fashion of, importance over other projects.
8 - If... junior doens't make this moe ( test for other minerals ) .then, i myself will wonder
many things. Like past performance with- board games.
9 - Which places this investor ( me ) high atop a hill looking down at the junior on one side of the
fence and opponents on the other - asking the question,
would any of them jump fence ? Picture if you may... how would that play out.
Which means.. i don't like the present chess game, too many variables.
Why ? Phone lines aren't open.
10 - Performing the additional mineral tests while there's an open window - proves what side
junior is on.... just an opinion from an shareholders whose vested in - minerals.
- Tillicum ( cobalt, zinc )
- Driftwood - purple shales - cobalt, znc, ree's reinforce the p205 ( 0.11% - 2001 assay report )
- Expand on, Marysville - how much land is stil lowned - outbuildings ?
test for, cobalt, zinc, gold, ree's - PJX is aside of MGX's Marysville claims finding these.
- Expand on... why is Teck mentioned in press over the years... ?
Here's the 2001 - assay report - PAGE 17 https://cmscontent.nrs.gov.bc.ca/geoscience/PropertyFile/PAP/2001/2001-28.pdf 0.11 % ( p205 ) that's percent not... ppm.
Is quite interesting - these values should've been expanded on years ago.
Correction - in other posts i may have stated - p235, it's p205..
p205 is still noted for - U -
i had ot research - 235 - to find something on this subject...
there is little to nothing on it.. but once the subject is found pertaining to phosphate U the subject then reveals how U is found in - phosphates -
Rock phosphate deposits contain some 22 million tonnes of uranium, ... At 676,000 t/yr P2O5 production the uranium potential is 135 tU/y
11: Distribution of U/ P2O5 ratio in the Paleocene phosphorites,. ... The content of uranium in phosphate rock depends on several factors including
