My thoughts armoyan selling

My thoughts armoyan selling Maybe with letter to shareholders he was expecting responsive either from slate or from funds insitutional investors although  modest in size no response

If he has to unwind his position he will destroy the stock he will take major losses as the liquidity in good times is average for this small cap stock

with low liquidity now he will get killed I estimate if he unwinds shorts will press  and he will lose 5 to 10 million and considering he invested 60 million it would be careless on his part and going forward he will not be taken seriously on activism by other managements. One thing about armoyan he constantly is an activist on stocks reputation is everything and he will lose his reputation credibility on activism

he is a concentration high investors owns large amounts of one stock what's the point if opposing managemnt can push you away
