RE:RE:Dilution is the solution Never say never...at least everyone knows where the company sits. Seen it before where once ( if) the company starts to earm income and a couple of deals come through, and they know future deals are pending, they can reverse split the shares outstanding and stoke the fire with less shares...so long as they are doing deals and generating income the share value will rise. That can secure future fund raising if required as the company can go back and issue more shares at a lot higher price. Key to this raise is, how much outstanding debt is owed.?
