Frontier Lithium Inc. is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of lithium mineral properties in Ontario, Canada. The Company is engaged in a pre-production business with a focus to be a strategic and integrated domestic supplier of spodumene concentrates for industrial users as well as battery-grade lithium hydroxide and other chemicals to the electric vehicle and energy storage markets in North America. The Company’s flagship asset, PAK Lithium Project, located about 175 kilometers (km) north of Red Lake, Ontario in the Red Lake Mining District and encompasses close to 27,000 hectares (ha). Its lithium products include spodumene concentrate and lithium hydroxide monohydrate.

RE:THIS NON FLOW THROUGH FINANCING No doubt it's a great move teaming up with RBC and Goldman, I don't see anyone questioning the partners. It's the timing that is awful, in my opinion. Absolutely Rick and team have way more experience in mining than me.  But why not wait until after the PFS and the stock price is higher so there is less dilution? Or why not a few months ago, before the Goldman report (they should have known they would need the money for these expenses)?  Cannaccord has a $4.75 target.  Why finance for half that valuation?  And more than half the value of the NPV that you have stated in previous posts will be much higher after the PFS?  Absolutely agree teaming up with high powered banks is key, but why now at this undervalued market cap?  Maybe I'll understand the timing soon, but based on the history of sporadic releases and lack of information, I may never understand and just take what they give me.
