There is never a price low enough for you to suggest a good entry point. You basically suggest that this company (which may become one of the largest owner of clinics in North America because of the fragmentation of the market) basically has NO intrinsic value. And why do you take this ridiculous position? Because you have a financial incentive in seeing longs sell at a loss to support your bearish trade or your hedge fund boss.
