RE:RE:Time to change management Buffalo 1956......it is admirable that you support your friends, the Walkers. I'm sure they appreciate your loyalty. I on the other hand along with a number of other dissatisfied investors are agents for change. Let me be clear. I have no issues with the composition or quality of our Board or with Rick Walker, our Chairman. My issue is with certain members of our management team, our day to day operators. FL has now evolved to the point that demands experienced professional management leadership (ie. not young guys doing their first rodeo). Upon reflection, my posts here may be academic because, given the quality of our Board, no doubt the Board members, including Chairman Walker, have already reached that conclusion. I know that as a former director of numerous companies, if I was on the FL board now, I can assure you that this discussion would be a high priority.
