RE:RE:RE:RE:What are you Usernames getting eachother for Xmas"heading into a recession, people are going to be more concerned about keeping their job"  

if that's the case then xbc employees will be looking for a job they'll have a much better chance to keep, this industry is still in hiring mode for experienced people.
