It's water with an extra oxygen molecule.
Green extraction methods.

Water - H2O
Peroxide - H2O2

MgCO3 + H2O2 = MgO2 + CO2 + H2

Magnesium with a double oxide bond
CO2 ( off gas ) would have ot capture
H2 = Hydrogen gas ( bonus fuel ) $$$$ use as a credit.

I did read one research paper on, using silica sands as CO2  sequestering.
Actually, not a bad idea.

What if... the peroxide formula was used with in a sealed chamber with several racks of
sand above - allowing the sands to absorb the co2 gas ?

Would involve - time frames - how long the co2 takes to absorb into the sands.

Why i think the ozone formula could be ideal ?

It's an extremely quick path to convert the MgCo3 to a - bicarbonate.
Once in a bicarbonate form = it's then, soluble in water to perform a sway out with hydrogen.
