AGM is in December.
We have not seen the MIC yet but a well connected shareholder is of the view that management will include a special cash dividend or sustainable dividend to entice our approval.
I cannot confirm this but such a move will certainly confirm our voting intentions and our buying conviction.
One wonders why MMY management did not think of such a lollipop .
