On Facebook todayIs this the perfect time to buy in or average down? Just my thoughts from the financials.
Watching the webinar it seemed to me that Peter and Karen were just going through the motions of getting over this last bump versus the usual webinars with Peter running in overdrive. This is probably mainly due to the fact that they had to describe why they corrected the books from the last management's decisions while having to hold back on how well they are actually presently performing. This 'loss', or write-off was for goodwill form the past managements mistakes. This was much more of a standard quarterly earnings call, with that format. I think this will be the norm for future quarterly earning calls but without the past mistakes being dragged into the picture.
I look forward to seeing them both next time when they will be forecasting revenues for the next physical year.
I appreciated John of JP Strategic Investments overview of the financials. Good to see John back in focus. I am all in with his doubling theory.
Interesting statement from Jesper Willborg. He commented on a recent post, “I think the view of this report sounds bad for old investors, but pretty good for new investors”
Myself being an old investor, all I can think of is, how long I have been holding this stock. From a new investor perspective or one that sold off in the past the question is, come Monday is this company poised to be in the perfect stage of its development to achieve a maximum ROI.
It seems so as Peter wanted to really say more but he said some important things. They had some small revenue earlier but then introduced SmartGateway, afterwards they did 66% of the years business in 90 days. Another way to look at it is they did 4 times as much business in Q4, then they did in any of Q1, or Q2, or Q3. And then Peter said that he "expects this trajectory to continue".
As Brian Duggan pointed out. Look at how many OVG sites that are up for grabs, 400.
Considering all the sales that have happened after this year's end to date. The number of ongoing pilots and the value of our backlog. Things are looking good. I think Q4 of 2022, and Q1 of 2023 will be known as a turning point.
We are #24,

I clearly remember when a SP of .73 was a bargain and we had basically nothing to sell. We all know what happens to this stock when it gains momentum so come Monday, is this the perfect time to buy in or average down?
