Adding value

Adding value So just to put things in to perspective that by them doing this on September 29, I'm not a cpa but I'm sure that because of this legal process any bills before the 29 would be legally void and wouldn't have to pay. This is a windfall for the company and a fantastic selling point for the company and adds value to Xebec and makes it very attractive. Especially when they must have a few large set up costs and expensives due to the large contracts they have started. I can think of a few big companies that they JV with that would profit from the purchase of Xebec.
Good luck all !
