MAGNESIUM CARBONATE

MAGNESIUM CARBONATE Use HCl - one has to deal with the mine waste.
Use sulphuric - same.

The benefits of - peroxide is....
It's using - hydrogen and oxygen.
These constituents are already apart of the mineral body.

It's the act of using what is already there the ores, and rearraging it.
Separating the mineral from the carbon.
Gaining a hydrogen gas for power.
Purifying the hydroxide and reintroducing the carbon.
It's a really good format.
No acid nasties to deal with.
Permitting + Reclamation - far less hassle.

- Peroxide ( could provide several paths for ,g + Ca ) pharma, food grade, metal, carbonate.
- Purple shales at - driftwood i'd like to see some sample assays.
- Pinks at Tillicum - assayed.

These three things.. .
would make me happy.

If other's didn't read the last post ( near end ) speaking about - magnesium carbonate...
Then... here's only that portion.


EVEN  BETTER... ?
If one has adopted the peroxide extraction model...
Once could... capture the co2 gas in tanks....
Park this thought... bring this co2 gas back in - final phase.


MgCO3 + H2O2 = MgO2 + CO2 + H2

H2 - bonus fuel
MgO2 = Mangesium peroxide ( add water )
turns to Magnesium Hydroxide 

USE IONIC FLITER
to separate the magnesium hydroxide from impurities at this - phase.
Most try to rid of impurities at intial phases and run into difficulty.
Converting all minerals ( includng impurities ) to the peroxide to hydroxide and then....
ridding of the impurities by way of not targetting the impurities but your target mineral... 
Using ionic filtration that attracts just the magnesium hydroxide.
Problem now solved.

Magnesium Hydroxide + ?????
Now introduce the - co2 - one saved in tanks.
= Magnesim carbonate ( purity )

Mgo deadburn - cheap - won't get much
Magnesium hydroxide same, really cheap out of China.
But... the price suddenly rises exponentially with Magnesium Carbonate.

$1,000 - $1,800 or more.. dependent upon purity.

Now show me a PEA using this model...
No furnace
Simple oxygen power - peroxide
Filtration ( ionic ) peerhaps the most costly.. .but no where near a furnace
Quicker pay back
No co2 sequestering or carbon taxes
New fuel ( hydrogen ) created to assist with power / utilities 
All around costs are reduced using - conversions - to a vantage.


Simply....
test the magnesium carbonate and dolomites with - high purity peroxide.
Wouldn't cost that much to perform.
If it works.. .and if each magnesium and calcium can convert to hydroxides It would be
a really good extraction model... profitable - while still dealing with the carbonate.
Added carbonate weight gets tacked back onto product - thus...
increasing weghted volume - more end product.
Wink.

The... laurels of purity - would rest on....
High end ionic filtration.

If one could produce high end calcium and magnesium hydroxide through filtration
and then reintroduce the carbonate - One could be a good contender for - food grade quality.
Higher profits. 

Magnesium Carbonate stil lcommands - high dollar - not a high as a metal...
But costs ot set up shop with the formula of peroxide and filtration would cost a fraction of what
a furnace would cost...

Mg Metal - $4,300 cdn but costs $3,000 to produce - then, much of hre profits are lost.
MgCO3 - $1,800 cdn but costs far less to prodcue - quicker payback - smarter, still good profits..
