RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Time to change management Let me elaborate. Firstly, I have the utmost of respect for Rick Walker who has built a first class business with his explosives mining business. But let's be clear, his explosive business is not our FL business.
Secondly, while I agree that executives within FL are owners having been showered themselves with low cost stock options, the major recipient being Trevor Walker, the real owners are the ones who have actually bought the shares.
I acknowledge the work that Chairman Rick is doing I think with Government sources.
But even though I admire Trevor, he is not the jockey that's going to maximize value for us.
Many of you have assailed my thesis that management must be changed. And your protestations have now forced me to be brutally honest and why.
Trevor is a great guy. But he is not the guy we need to take us to the next level. His video presentations are awful, typically, off the cuff and definitely not rehearsed. Stuttering Stanley. I cringe when I see them. He needs to be crisp with his message and never is. His off the cuff unrehearsed may work in Sudbury but it doesn't resonate in Wall Street. Let's elevate Trevor to Vice Chairman and bring in a grey haired seasoned executive CEO to monetize our hard earned capital.
