RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Tax loss arrives Earlier this year And by the way I didn't say that the reduction by 27% was immaterial, my point was that you are discounting that value in full without attributing ANY value to the value of rights of refusal and buy back guarantee terms or the fact that through having operational control they can force those minority interests to subscribe to their other services. Remember WELL's strategy is all about controlling the fragmented clinician market and take advantage of the flows of information and products between clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, other health care providers and patients (and all of the sub-services those units need).  One day there will be a whole slew of new products and services to be deployed at those nodes and WELL will own that infrastructure.
