RE:NEWS I think there is a straight forward logic here and as to what people have most likely rightly complained about which is that when there was a news insiders most likely were selling on the "pump" took the monies and did whatever and we at retail constantly held the bag thinking something big is coming. For more than 6 plus years nothing has happened and we believe we are getting closer to something tangible given every year that passes. For this raise to successfully happen the shares will have to fall there is no two ways about it otherwise there will likely be very low volumes and a tough time raising the 3.2 million. People speculating the money will be used "soooooon" to get anything done may be buying up which would stand to reason those who are selling their sloppy seconds will then put the money to the .05 pp valuation. Now either the price will go down and there will be heavier trading volumes and the pp gets closed fast or the price stays where it is and the pp will have a tough time closing without some sort of tangible contract news where the value will be dragged down until the pp closes. For this reason I do not want to pay more than a nickel as we don't know if that too will fall to as someone said .03 or .035.
Of the choices like I said I would rather the share price stay as high as possible have the pp not closed and the company finally have some sort of revenue which will take the price up and then get dragged a bit as they sell higher and then start buying into the raise which should be taken out fairly fast. Too much risk buying now. Like I said either the price will have to come down to have the pp closed or there will need to be some news to have the value rise be dragged allowing people to execute the raise. But maybe my logic is off here???
