RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Terrible for shareholdersUnfortunately, good or bad doesn't enter the equation on requirements to release news.  It is a regulatory requirement.  It makes any placement or trades by insiders suspect.  And credibility of management comes into question.  I don't doubt that they want to do what they can for the benefit of the shareholders.
