RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:HUH???Exactly goldlocator.  They will raise more money for a huge portion of the new equity and the current creditor will take the balance of the equity in the new capital structure.  Common shareholders are always at the bottom of the food chain.  That's not always a bad thing.  Common shareholders also make the most when a company succeeds.  As a common shareholder, you need to understand a company's liquidity position and the risks you are taking. DEBT KILLS- ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE CASHFLOW NEGATIVE.  This stock was very cheap for a reason, their balance sheet has been really bad for a long time.
