You both misunderstood. "Big leagues" was mentioned sarcastically. (I don't have any sarcastic fonts to use).

Truth is there's no need for SVA to spend money foolishly when they have no revs, hence no need for a more well known and more expensive accounting firm, hence no need for creative accounting.

Only reason I can think of them changing is EVO insisted they go with a more well known firm.

And FWIW, I agree with both of you.
