RE:RE:CEO Learning on the Job

RE:RE:CEO Learning on the JobIt's not very clear what you refer to with 'situation'. Nevertheless, why would it be important for Howard to change anything? I'm asking because I don't know.

Howard has a well paid full-time job in parallell of the CEO position.

Howard has the ultimate goal of an exit down the road.

Howard prioritize the company getting paid later rather than sooner, indicating that this play is a long term investment.

Howard has pleased Geraldine by giving her space to make use of her technology.

Howard does not care about burned bridges. For example mr Brunner making marketing interviews, or PRC that was led to believe that the TFC-1067 deal would be much bigger than how it turned out.

I would absolutely love to read good arguments why Howard would care about a change short/mid-term, please let me know.

In the long run I'm sure the company will be successful, depending on a businessman onboard or not.
