RE:ShnepsYou are a complete idiot and everytime you post you seem to just reiterate the fact.

There are three different levels of assessment that each project most go through.
We are all aware of the fact that this is being negoiated outside of the RFP process but that does not give the parties carte blanche to do whatever they feel like.
The process of being an acceptable project for receiving a PPOA is not what it was in even 2018. 
The point is (and I'll repeat it for a certain person) is that for four months nobody has completed the feasibility study (which is mandatory) and currently nobody has paid for LUMA to complete the study.
Wake up and actually read the post instead of merely jumping on your ridiculous rebuttals.

And just to set the record straight for you I could really care less about your fearless leader, have zero aspirations for meeting the man, and would be probably be investing significant money in the projects if he were not involved.
And in my opinion institutional buyers are of the exact same sentiment.
Project execution is my focus and currently why they are not being executed.
Plain and simple.
Even for you.
