What happens to the stock when ACT acquires 50.1 % here soon? I was reading briefly about some of the exersizable shares being dilutable so that's obviously bad for the short term outlook price of FAF. Will ACT eventually bring all of FAF under their banner? Will shareholders of FAF be bought out?
