Is it a cash flow problem or supply problem?

Is it a cash flow problem or supply problem?If it just a supplier problem, iNFI seems to be getting punished by the market, even with constant sells and being a green supplier of transportation.  If this is how green companies are being treated in the market, it goes against all government propaganda about going green and investing ni green companies.  Has there been news about issuing new shares to the market and I missed it?
