Its Montalva property (1,747 acres) is a large utility-scale solar and battery storage building with an initial size of 80 MWac or 160 MWdc, located in the southwestern coastal area of Puerto Rico. Its Cordero Ranch property is located in Cedar City, Utah.

There are more then 20 renewable energy projects that have been approved in Puerto Rico and Montalva is not one of them.
Institutional investors are just that (investors not developers) my God you are out too lunch.
Obviously somebody is doing a much better job then Greenbriar.
