I'm new to the company but you seem like the go to guy!

Your post seems like you know some heavy stuff.  Can you elaborate more on  "held by people who have the power to destroy what they might not like."

And "if you have people trying to hurt the company who control a majority of those shares"

Very vague ominous stuff you are talking about...can you give more details?

Why would anyone who even owns 1 share of the company try to hurt/destory the company?

Appreciate any more light you can shine on your comments and if you have any examples you can share.
