RE:RE:Tree shakingThe market is definitely saying that the deal will fail.  Recall that if the minority other than Pentwater and SailingStone participate in the vote at 90% (unlikely), only 23.24% need vote "NO" to defeat proposal.  At 75% participation, only 17.9% need vote "NO".  I believe the proposal will fail, the stock will suffer some more, however, RIO WILL make a much higher offer.  Once the underground is in peak production by 2025, the free cash flow will be enormous.  Also, copper will not stay at $3.50 as RIO assumed in its NAV analysis and move towards $5.00.  RIO will not wait this long to up the offer.  Believe next offer to be in the $85 to $100 range.
