RE:RE:Food for thought!

RE:RE:Food for thought!
My decision to invest the vast majority in TUD was explicitly the fact they control the TC project. I have seen many comments (almost every couple of months) being posted that AMK and TUO are better options for various reasons.

First as an investor in TUD I don't think it's right as I never go on the other boards and give my reasons for preferring TUD. History has shown that  many times a share price manipulated down and then the company gets taken out. That's because a big fish has decided to get as many cheap shares 1st, and then to get the remainder for as little as possible. Is this fair to investors, absolute not but as we are aware lots of unfair (and illegal) tactics take place and rarely do we see them punished.

This scenario is a very real possibility because:

(A) Why would a serious buyer approach the 2 companies that have only 20% share in the project 1st? There is no leverage as even if you purchase both that's only 40%, and that's the key. If this were to happen TUD would be calling the shots and double or triple the share price.

(B) Why would TUD be will be willing to take the RISK of doing all the drilling, raising funds via PP, diluting share count, and locating the loot, without an extra benefit?
There's a reason.

Anyway that's my logic and all IMHO.

Not saying it couldn't happen....but why would a company shoot themselves in the foot that way? I feel like they may do that to try and get the other two at a discount....but the danger there is someone else scooping them up instead..... As I've mentioned before....my personal opinion is that AMK and TUO will be sorted out before a buyer moves in. They won't get as much as their shareholders would like, but they will be necessary moves in order to make the project happen.
