RE:Analyst RecommendationIt seems most of the O&G bulls are more bullish on oil than gas. Odd given the fact the recession scares are caused by demand destruction within the oil space and not the ng space. Homes must be heated, business must e run ng must be consumed regardless of economics.
I did read that the EU seems to be nearing peak storage capicity with LNG shipping anchored offshore and waiting to unload which does seem to put pressure on LNG and NG pricing as a result.
My question is: Where were all those ships headed before they were redirected to Europe and when will those places become desperate for NG and NG storage replenishment?

He's overweight oil. It's still a tight market and will remain so, despite demand worries from China. CNQ is buying back shares, all good for shareholders. CNQ is dominant in this space, focusing on heavy crude oil. Is concerned of the widening price difference between WTI and WCS crude oil. Also likes Suncor, Crescent Point, Arc Resources and Whitecap.
