Enlighten MeCould someone please explain to me why we would give Redball 300k exercisable warrants or shares at .08. Was it just a part of the deal? Transactional stuff like a guarantee? Maybe its the blonde roots I had 20 years ago. No roots now. Also I cant seem to find a homepage on Redball.
