my only worry was this stock getting trapped by the market manipulators. AKA the $76/share crew and then the basher squads. Dump politicians havent helped the economy and I dont have time to wait antother 10 years.
If you are a long (not selling in the interim) and feel confident in what you have, those outer bounds won't matter. I have not sold anything and have even added shares during this unexpected dip.
This is a pure M&A transaction IMHO (unless the company can't realize fair value to maximize shareholder value). If this is for sale (which I think it is) and Atlas has retained a 3rd party M&A consulting firm, this will be sold for its fair value no matter where the share price trades in the interim. Lol, what that selling price ends up being is the big unknown but if anyone is in at sub-$2 cost as we are trading now then that's a no brainer in my opinion.
