RE:RE:Embarrassment
damn. wouldnt have seen that post if you didnt respond. thats pretty funny.

yes. Where is my dividend??!

my bet is debt drops about 30 million in Q3 - hoping for closer to 40 million but the way capex and prices were bouncing around it is hard to tell  - ANY guesses?

Keep wondering if this company is going to merge with Pinecliff.

some debt here, net cash there.
Lowest decline rate in public gas companies there, decent decline rates here. Top Quartile?
Not enough drilling inventory there, more than we need here
High gas cut there, high oil cut here
both very profitable
both conservatively run
both have some of the same insiders
both too cheap
it would bring a bit more scale - instantly a 36k boe/d producer with 10k +  of liquids
Pinecliff has some of the best light oil wells drilled in the summer - so they have a decent drilling team. Inventory is a bit thin though.

probably solves a few different questions.

PNE is even better than Bonterra at squeezing costs out of their operations. Not sure how much oil they want but I am pretty sure they would like a bit more.
