Hey Tropic I did get professional advice a few years ago from a couple guys in the office that looked at PHM(VMD,QIPT) and said it was a good deal just based on circumstance and fundamentals at the time, and we all started buying like drunken loggers. We still all get together on Friday nights sometimes and up-end some Crown Royal. Those two guys gave me better advice than I've ever seen on any bullboard.
