I believe it won't happen,I voted no and will wait till Pentwater gives Tinto a few more kicks in the nuts to sober them up and get a better price and then take that price (maybe ;-) ) . If Pentwater votes no , then this deal will sink (they and Sailingstone own over 30% of the minority shares. They will use desenters rights to get a seat on the board and a better deal. It will take some time but be worth the wait.
If Pentwater by some chance throws in the towel, then you get the lousy $43/ share which is more than its trading at today. if you have time, nothing to lose by voting "no" and lots to gain by voting "no".
its a no brainer - vote "no" for superior long term gain! IMO ;-)
