Medmira fully accepted and available for purchase in Europe

Medmira is in business in Europe. They have a great catalogue from which all of their product line can be purchased. Why Why Why is this the case in all of Europe and YET there is no acceptance in Canada or hte USA. Are the acceptance processes not strigent everywher?

I suspect that the European sales will show up in the books soon. I suspect that is the cash flow that is sustaining them while Canada and USA drag their heals.

I am really looking for the flood gates to open.
