If I was CloudMD CEO for a year

If I was CloudMD CEO for a yearIf I was the CloudMD CEO I would not let my shareholders suffer. I would cherish every one of them regardless of how big or small their investment was. I would  constantly be giving them hope and doing everything in my power to turn that hope into reality. I would want them to write on Stockhouse, Reddit or CEO.ca and be proud of their investment. I would want them to be proud to tell their family and friends about how great of an investment CloudMD is. I would not be missing in action when my shareholders were suffering and needed me most!
That is easily said but how is it done.
For most companies trading at 20 cents that could be very hard. For a company like DOC this is not as difficult as you think. As CEO we are handed a company that has over $35 million in cash (less any losses from this next quarter). We are also handed a company with countless assets. Remember we purchased more than a dozen companies for hundreds of millions of dollars.
To do nothing is not the answer. If we do nothing the cash will slowly disapear and we will eventaually have to do a consolidation and a financing. That would wipe out almost all the small shareholders.
Some may think that is a good thing but rember that small shareholders create liquidity and volume. Something that a company like CARE lacks and they wish they had.
So this is what I would do if we are to believe that DOV will be cash flow positive next year.
Right away I would announce a Dutch auction ( if you dont know what that is look it up). That would be in the form of DOC buying 70 million shares at about 26 cents. That would cost about $18 million. It still leave DOC with $17 million in cash. But we are on the road to profitabilty, so having less cash is alright. Next, right after that I would announce a share buy back for another 30 million shares over the next year. After all this DOC would only have 193 million shaes outstanding. If we assume that revunes are still over $100 million and growing every investor would want to be part of our company. I would also have shareholder updated every 3 or 4 weeks. I would make sure that everyone knows what we are up to. No BS . This would stop all the mis information that comes out on DOC on all the bullboard sites. I would make  DOC a market DARLING not a market DOG.
Karen has it in her to do this much better than I ever can! Im not sure what is holding her back.
