I am also slightly disappointed since I expected the dividend increase to be announced at this time. However, it should be noted that management did NOT "promise" a dividend increase.... they "expected" it without a definite timing. It could still be December (to be announced mid November) or January (to be announced mid-December).
Time till tell.
Patience has been rewarded so far and I expect will be rewarded even more in 2023.
I do think they will announce a dividend before the end of this year, no argument there. In any event, just want to be sure, will I still qualify for the October dividend if I sell tomorrow?
