Woulfe’s properties are located in Gangwon Province, Republic of Korea. The Woulfe's operations relate primarily to the exploration, evaluation and development of the Sangdong Project.

Fascinating thesis, seems totally possible to me and as you say we will know soon enough. The only part that seems off is how this fits with what Lewis said. I have no reason to believe Lewis isn't being upfront with the most accurate information he has available; however, your thoughts make more sense.
