Suncor has a market cap of $62 billion. I'm not going to try to figure it though I know for a fact they could never build all that infrastructure they own; (mines, in-situ, refining and retail), for $62 billion. Fort Hills alone cost $17 billion and that is only ~100k / day bitumen.
There is a certain amount of intrinsic value not being realized in the share price.
They own 4 refineries in North America. Can you even build a refinery nowadays? If you can it would probably take 20 years with all the lawsuits and protests these projects attract.
