Critical Elements Lithium Corporation is a Canada-based lithium exploration company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and processing of critical minerals mining properties in Canada. Its projects include Rose Lithium-Tantalum, Rose North, Rose South, Arques, Bourier, Dumulon, Duval, Nisk, Lemare, Caumont, and Valiquette. The Rose Lithium-Tantalum property consists of over 473 claims covering a total area of over 24.99 square kilometers (km2). It lies in the northeastern part of Superior Province, within the Eastmain greenstone belt. The Rose North property consists of about 31 claims covering a total area of over 16.14 km2. The Arques Property is composed of one block totaling around 136 claims covering an area of 6,840.93 hectares (ha) over 18 kilometers (kms) in length in a Southwest-Northeast direction. Bourier Property is comprised of over 304 claims with an area of 15,616.47 ha for over 30 kms. Rose South property consists of over 280 claims.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:The Omnibus Plan ???Interesting regarding Omnibus Plan. 
I can only extract from the comments made that this plan is taken as rumination.
 
I totally agree with Sourceman1 that this plan comprises a number of different programs that include a range of employees as well as indigenous groups participation.
 
I for one worked for a company that generously offered to participate in their stock options, offering to buy up to 6% of annual salary in company stock and then get matched for the same amount purchased by the company after a one year hold.
It not only benefited the company saving money hiring highly costly trained employees, but also provided an incentive for employees to stay with such company.
 
I believe this plan targets employees for the the long term employment.
After all, a 17 year mine life presently planed and many more to be added in future years will save the company a lot of cash. Stable employees and at this prize with a rising value in commodity’s and a rising stock value will have paid handsomely for this with allotment planed.
