RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Tushar Ramani has left CRH (CEO)Buttfox, you're dense. Maybe this was lip service. I bet WELL has been working for a while to be rid of him. A wrinkle in the acquisition that they had to pay lip service to as he would have been an issue that needed to be addressed in the acquisition with a certain amount guaranteed employment (being CEO he would also by definition have to have operational control which is specifically why they characterized it like that in opposition to their MO. CRH though has really been in the hands of WELL all aling. This CEO was dead weight all along and just gobbling up expenses which are now jettisoned. WELL has a better track record of managing clinic practices than CRH if yoy
ask me, perhaps Monty would disagree but I think CRH might be well of 160 million a year when they were only a little of 100 million in revenue when acquired by WELL. WELL was also the architect of reviving CRHs main contract for a six
zable extension.
