A wrinkle in the acquisition that they had to pay lip service to as he would have been an issue that needed to be addressed in the acquisition with a certain amount guaranteed employment (being CEO he would also by definition have to have operational control which is specifically why they characterized it like that in opposition to their MO. CRH though has really been in the hands of WELL all aling. This CEO was dead weight all along and just gobbling up expenses which are now jettisoned.
