I have noticed that whenever there is a paid video or paid report that a flurry of the usual posters come on to hype.  

The billion dollar question is whether this is a typical pump penny stock as it does spend 1 million a year in promotion.  Or is this the real play.  The suspicious activity on this bullboard says otherwise.
