WE HAVE A HUGE chance that those results get posted next week.
WE HAVE A MASSIVE chance, assays results are a home run and and we wake up on Monday to a halt.
Labs are always delayed, please please always always always results are late and it is super boring WAITNG for those results.
But we gotta be close here. I am super happy they did not post anything this week. Just stating what are the poker cards on the table here at ADD right now and WHERE THE CLOCK IS.
Imminent, I say imminent those results will be posted. NR Sept, says "weeks away" they expected end of September. it did not happen.
So now add over 4 weeks delay to the clock ..... HELLO END OF OCTOBER.
Cross fingers Monday would be a screaming day to spit out mind blowing results!
Arctic Star Exploration (ADD) has released the latest set of diamond drill results from the Diagras Diamond Project. Results are from a spring drill program on the project, located in the Lac de Gras diamond production district in the Northwest Territories.
Caustic fusion diamond results are from drill testing the Arbutus kimberlites at the project.
The company calls the Arbutus results the second-best to date.
The project is a joint venture with Margaret Lake Diamonds, with Arctic Star holding a majority 81.5-percent interest.
“The industry uses caustic fusion micro-diamond results to determine if the kimberlite is diamond-bearing and use the number of stones per tonne, or frequency, and the size distribution to prioritize further work. If there is a sufficient sample, grades can be predicted. Usually, the higher the number of stones per weight equates directly to high grades. Also important for grade is how quickly the diamond counts decay from the smaller sieve size to the next largest. In this batch of results, we see the decay flattening with an unexpectly large number of stones >0.3mm. with two 0.6mm stones reporting. The Arbutus kimberlite could well be of economic interest if this trend continues into larger stone sizes. The only way to determine this is to fetch more samples by future drilling,” said VP Exploration Buddy Doyle.
The Arbutus Kimberlite is adjacent to and to the south of the Finlay, with kimberlite discovered in the 1990s. Previous workers drilled serval holes into Finlay but never made the results public. With Arbutus proving diamond positive, the company now plans to test Finlay for diamonds.
The Vancouver-based mineral discovery company also hopes to receive separate results from the spring drill program on its Sequoia property in the coming weeks.
