RE:RE:RE:Re: LPI Down LPI approved the merge. 
Issued few supporting documents, apparently Mitsui is not completely out, but not in financing part.
Pro-forma BRZ share of new LPI is 14.61% (it was aroung 15.?, I think down due to raised capital).

All we can do now, to wiat. Hope merging will be flawless and financing coming soon on good terms.
