What is your buyout price estimate after the mining license has been granted to Balkan Gold?
IMO, if our BOD's receive a low ball offer from a Major, shareholders will not hear about it from the Board however, if an offer is equitqble/realistic for Piskanja the BOD's will recommend shareholders to vote on the offer within a specific time frame before any decision is announced on a sale.

As per Partnership Agreement I don't expect a buyout offer for Piskanja until Temas has paid their E10,500,000 towards developing the project to satisfy their 50% ownership.
If the cost estimates for Parts 1, 2 & 3 are accurate Temas wont get their 50% ownership until Part 3 is in progress.

Definitely interesting times ahead, with finally a great chance of closure after 25 years of committment. Good luck to all shareholders.
