RE:Predictions anyone?

RE:Predictions anyone?I think Leon Bindell is showing signs of being a very good CEO for this Company.  A creative and enforceable outstanding and overdue receivables repayment plan.  Best relations the Company has enjoyed with the Cubans since the Delaney/Castro days.  More to come.  Securitizing the cobalt swap deal?

There is now an approximate 10% sophisticated shareholder in the name.

Absent a premature takeout by the Chinese, absent a Cuban revolution, and given a full and robust nickel cycle the cash flows suggest this stock can be $8+. Its just math. I'm sure the shareholder base will have pretty much completely turned over before that eventuality.

Finally, this is one of a very few situations where the normal rules of priority of capital structure are upside down.  The bond are structurally subordinate to the equity because of the Cuban veto.
