UK's NHS best managed system
Govt and hospital administrators the world over have generally failed to deliver for patients since covid began IMO. In my experience the UK under Boris J has performed away better than most, with the notable exception of not providing a very good example of adherence to restrictions. That aside even with the disaster of blood clots caused by Oxford's AZ vaccine they've pivoted multiple times to adapt to rapidly changing conditions and were among the first to loosen restrictions when Omicron proved to have a very low mortality rate. They used testing and contact tracing probably the best of western nations as well IMO. I have very confident NICE has reviewed VMS well and will see the tremendous savings and health benefits it offers and make us the new standard of care for most heart patients in the UK
